Ambassador: Dr. Javaria Ahmad
I am Javaria Ahmad, a dedicated cardiology fellow at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center with a plan to pursue a career in cardiac electrophysiology. I received my medical education from King Edward Medical University in Pakistan and did my internal medicine residency at Louisiana State University. I am committed to a future in academic medicine, combining clinical expertise with innovative research. I aim to contribute to the understanding and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, aspiring to educate the next generation of cardiologists while improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge electrophysiological techniques.

The CardioNerds Ambassadors are fellows nominated by CardioNerds fellowships to represent education at their program. They are an esteemed group of highly motivated individuals with a passion for education. The goal is to both:

The CardioNerds Healy Honor Roll is named after Dr. Bernadine Patricia Healy, a CardioNerd Hero who was the first female director of the National Institutes of Health and accomplished incredible achievements during her career.
