
Ambassador: Dr. Shruti Revankar
Shruti Revankar is a cardiology fellow at Baylor College of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Texas A&M School of Medicine and completed her internal medicine training at Baylor College of Medicine. She has not yet decided her final career path but is open-minded and primarily deciding between general cardiology and interventional cardiology with a focus on critical care. Shruti is passionate about culturally competent patient education, critical-care cardiology, technological innovation and entrepreneurship, and caring for underserved populations. In her free time, she enjoys knitting, reading fantasy novels, gardening, fishing, birding, and cooking a variety of cuisines.

The CardioNerds Ambassadors are fellows nominated by CardioNerds fellowships to represent education at their program. They are an esteemed group of highly motivated individuals with a passion for education. The goal is to both:
- Ensure representation on the platform from their programs
- Foster their individual personal & professional development
The CardioNerds Healy Honor Roll is named after Dr. Bernadine Patricia Healy, a CardioNerd Hero who was the first female director of the National Institutes of Health and accomplished incredible achievements during her career.
